I had every intention of posting a big long amazing recap from our little getaway trip to Charlottesville. I had every intention of showing you the wonderful people we met, the incredible restaurants we ate at, and the beautiful sites we saw…..
Sadly, I have nothing to show because…..
I can’t get the damn photos off my dad’s fancy camera! 
So until I figure that one out…this is all I have to show…..
My pathetic dinner of veggies (squash, broccoli, asparagus, snap peas) over a multigrain pilaf with some TJ’s edamame hummus.
Looks pathetic, tasted amazing.
I’ll hopefully figure it out soon and be back with more from the weekend!
