We welcomed snow…..
And said goodbye to Penn State legend. (I am a PSU graduate in case you didn’t know)
Warm pancake breakfasts on a Saturday morning with nothing to do.
Followed by another wonderful weekend breakfast together on Sunday.
There may have been some baking…..
Easy, healthy baking.
Chocolate Covered Katie’s Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies (I subbed chocolate sunflower seeds for the raisins)
Green smoothies in the snow.
Accompanied an all together green lunch.
A few recipes were created.
Greek Turkey Burgers (recipe coming soon)
Overall, a nice low-key and relaxing weekend.

Those cookies look awesome! We had a very relaxing weekend, too. We are both trying to fight off a cold, so we kept things low key.
