Tuesdays are usually quite dull. I’m not exactly sure why it works out that way, but I find that Tuesday is always the least exciting day of my week.
So I’m making an attempt to liven things up with a few favorite flavors of the week.
Starting with dessert of course!

- Sunflower Nut Butter
- Almond Milk
I can not get enough of this cereal bowl. Quite a lot for a bowl of cereal but I wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s loaded with texture, flavor, fiber and protein. An ideal breakfast of sorts.
Favorite Sip of the Week:
Green tea + lemongrass + spearmint = yum!
Favorite Workout of the Week:
30 Min Express Body Pump Copy Cat Workout
50 Chest Press (lying on back with bar or dumb bells)
4 Cling n’ Press > 3 bent over rows> rest for a beat > 7 wide grip rows (with bar) x 3
10 tricep dips > tricep extension right arm (5 lb dumb bell) > 10 tricep dips > tricep extension left arm (5 lb dumb bell)
10 right leg lunge, 10 squats, 10 left leg lunge x 2
10 bicep curls, 10 bottom half curls, 10 bicep curls
10 Overhead Press (bar or dumb bell), 10 latteral raises (with dumb bell) x 2
10 Crunches, 10 bicycle crunches
I made this up over the weekend when I realized I wasn’t going to make my body pump class. I was actually quite impressed with myself at how well rounded and intense it turned out.
Favorite Leftover of the Week:
My Greek Turkey Burgers are serving as great salad lunch leftovers this week.
Favorite Dinner of the Week (so far):
Coconut Crusted Scallops
Adding on….Coconut Crusted Salad, Arugula, Blood Orange and Avocado Salad, Roasted Asparagus
