My goodness this weekend came and went without any hesitation. For not having any plans or much to do, it sure felt like a whirlwind but in a very stress free state.
I love being able to make plans as I choose or just take each moment as it comes. This weekend was one of those….your jealous I know! Don't worry though, it's about the last weekend I have like this for a few months so I made sure to enjoy every second.
The Outfit:
I was feeling the preppy cowgirl look this weekend. I hardly ever wear blue either so the bright color was a nice change.
The Eats
Saturday Breakfast:
Kashi Go Lean, Kashi Go Lean Crunch, Blackberries, Blueberries, Banana, No-Bake Apricot Almond Granola, Almond Butter, and Almond Milk
Sunday Breakfast:
Scrambled egg whites, whole wheat english muffin with pumpkin and sunflower butter, strawberries

Thai Lemongrass Soup with Shrimp
Thai Papaya Salad
Sunday Lunch:
Sushi (Spicy Crab with salmon, mango, avocado)
Saturday Dinner:
Barbeque Chicken Pizza (for two)
Pizza with kale salad
Sunday Dinner:

The Highlights:
1. A trip to the market….
2. Lunch with this lady….
3. Making this cake for someone's special day….
4. Singing Happy Birthday for this little one…
Waiting patently until the end of the song….
And…go!
I think he liked it.
5. Going on a movie date randomly on a Sunday morning.
6. Having sushi for lunch with this boy.
7. Realizing I have so much to do this week and not much time to do it. (Okay not so much a highlight but more of an alarming realization)
Hope you all had a wonderful weekend!
If you haven't entered yet, there is just one more day to enter my Shiloh Farms Spelt Pancake Mix Giveaway. I'll choose the winner tomorrow. (My mom called me tonight and asked if she could enter. Apparently my pancakes are making her hungry. Don't worry mom, you can come over anytime for breakfast.
What was one of your weekend highlights?
