Running, teaching spin, and working with a trainer twice a week is what I do to stay physically and mentally in shape. For as long as I've been doing these things, I realize that my body could probably use some variety from time to time. Sure, I'll throw in a yoga class once in a blue moon, but I'm always looking for new and exciting workout routines to avoid my body and interest becoming burned out.
When Kait from MyBarre3 contacted me to share about this newly established workout craze, I was quite intrigued. The concept combines the essence of yoga, Pilates and ballet barre work into one. Sounds fantastic if you ask me!
