I hear that American baking isn&#39;t as accurate as some places overseas b/c they measure by weight while we measure by cups/etc. The weight is supposed to be the proper way to measure ingredients for baking. Maybe if you weighed the ingredients it would help?<br /><br />The aida stew looks awesome!
