Disclaimer- I am certified through the AAAI/ISMA in Personal Fitness and Group Fitness Instruction.  I am also a certified Les Mils RPM instructor. You should always consult with your doctor before performing any exercise.  Please note that these workouts are designed  for intermediate to advanced levels.  Beginners can certainly complete any of these workouts, but with modifications.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
