It’s Friday! I’m saying this like you already didn’t know, but truthfully, I’m just stoked for the weekend ahead.
As far as plans, I have to work a little this afternoon and then I’m hoping to go visit my friend Audi and her brand new baby boy. You might remember Audi from awhile back as I featured her on the blog a few times. Audi is a dear friend and former co-worker of mine. We both left the company around the same time but obviously for different reasons.
Saturday, Toly and I are hoping to get to the Hershey Harrisburg Fall Wine Festival so long as the rain holds off. I also went ahead and planned a special date night for the two of us since it happens to be Sweetest Day. Do you even know what that is? Neither do I but Hallmark reminded me when I had to stop in for a birthday card the other day. I figured it’s a reason to go out to eat.
Sunday is still up in the air at this point. I’m going to schedule myself for yoga but we’ll see if that actually happens. I do have plans to make a big batch of my famous buffalo chicken chili and pumpkin cornbread so even if I do nothing but this, it’s bound to be a good day.
I realize that I have been neglecting to post any workouts in awhile, so I thought I would go ahead and share one that I’ve been all about lately.
